Gradings focus on the development of Taekwondo knowledge, ability and application. All gradings are held in accordance with British Taekwondo regulations and guidelines.

Kup Gradings (coloured belts) are held in club regularly and are examined by the senior instructors.

Dan Gradings (black belts) are conducted twice a year for the whole Quest Taekwondo group and are examined by a panel of high grade instructors.

All gradings are conducted by UK Kukkiwon Office approved examiners
